Saturday, April 11, At Om Yoga, 40 N. Main Street, Concord.
12:00 - 1:00 for children ages 2 - 5 with parent/caregiver.
1:30 - 2:30 for children ages 6 - 12 with parent/caregiver.
$15 per child/adult pair, $3 each additional family member; $20 maximum per family.

Children's Yoga Workshop

Want to share yoga with children?  Join me to explore ways to do just that!  This 2.5 hour workshop is suitable for teachers, parents, child-care providers or anyone else who spends time with children. 

Saturday, May 16, 2015.  1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.  $30

*The first portion of this workshop will focus on the different ways to share yoga with children in different age groups - through breathing exercises, songs, stories, poses, games, relaxation techniques/visualizations, and learning about the principles of yoga (older children).

  *Then we will brainstorm our own ideas, develop a short lesson,

 and practice with a partner. 

*The final portion of the workshop will be wrap-up and discussion.

In these classes we learn about yoga through breathing exercises, stretches, songs, games, partner poses and/or group poses, and end with relaxation. For the older children, I often read a guided visualization during relaxation.

Classes take place at At Om Yoga, 40 N Main Street, Concord, NH.

If you have multiple children in the different age groups, feel free to all come to whichever one you think would work best for you.

The cost is $15 per child/adult pair; $3 each additional family member; $20 maximum per family.
