Family Classes - Yoga is for everybody! The family yoga classes that I offer allow parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles or other caretakers to enjoy yoga with the children in their lives. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with each other and spend quality time together, as well as learn some relaxation techniques, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and fun/playful yoga activities that you can do together anytime.
Children's Classes - In each class we learn aspects of mindfulness, breathing exercises that can help us regulate emotions, stretching and strengthening exercises, learn yoga poses, sing songs, play non-competitive games, do partner poses and/or group poses, and end with relaxation. For the older children, we talk about the principles of yoga, such as practicing peace and being generous, and I often read a guided visualization during relaxation.
Individual/Small Group Classes - these classes are designed to suit the specific needs/desires of the individual or small group. Participants can contact me to set up an individual or small group class in your home or place of work.
