Sowing the Seeds of Yoga @ Owen Farm Summer Yoga Camp

I have one spot available at Sowing the Seeds of Yoga @ Owen Farm summer yoga camp. 

The camp runs Monday through Friday, 830 - 330, July 25 - 29.  

Throughout the week we learn about yoga and meditation, we spend time on nature walks and participating in farm chores, we swim and do yoga- & farm-related art activities.

Cost: $200

FAMILY YOGA

Join me for the last family yoga class before a 

little summer break. 

(No classes in July and August; will resume in September.)

 

Saturday, June 11.

At Om Yoga, 40 N. Main Street, Concord, NH.

11:30 - 12:15, children ages 2 - 5 with parent/caregiver.

12:30 - 1:30, children ages 6 - 12 with parent/caregiver.

$15 per child/adult pair; $3 additional family member; $20 maximum per family.

If you have multiple children in the different age groupings, please feel free to choose the class that would best suit you all.
